A visa is a sticker placed in a traveler's passport which gives that person the right to apply for admission to the country. The information printed on the visa includes the category, the expiration date, and the number of entries allowed. Student Visas. Students wishing to continue their academic studies in the foreign country. will need a student visa.

Transit Visas. Such visas are issued to persons proceeding in direct transit through the foreign country being on the route to another foreign destination.
