06.07.09 Work abroad attracts lot of people. What do they want?
Nowadays in Ukraine it’s very popular to work abroad. We tried to find out what do they expect from this work.
Some would like to improve their professional level, others would like to receive good language practice, many of them dream to gain some start capital in order to start their own business.
But work abroad is not so safe as it may seem. That’s why if you decided to work abroad be ready for all unpleasant situations. .
Search for the job abroad.
Exist many ways to find job abroad:
- Personal connections with foreign employer;
- Work and travel student\'s programs;
- And finally agencies on employment.
The labor legislation.
It doesn\'t meter what way of finding job you choose, you had to demand concluding contract before going abroad. Contract, concluded before leaving the country and on understandable for you language will secure you in case of some problems and also will help you in getting work visa. Make sure that in contract specified all your work conditions. And don\'t forget about medical insurance.

Before leaving the country find out all contact information of the embassy of your country in country of your employer.
Reinsurance
Going abroad for a work leave at your relatives copies of all your document, including labour contract and contact information of your employer. Also it would be better if you\'ll have back ticket with the open date. Inform your relatives how you will contact them and discuss secret (emergency) signal.
Language
Going abroad it\'s very important to know the language of the county you are going to, or at least English. Very often problems appear because of misunderstanding with the local citizens or representatives of law enforcement bodies. In extreme case take with you vocabulary or dictionary.
Observance of these simple rules will make your stay abroad safer.
